Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 25 August 2025

At Hoopwith’em, we are committed to delivering high-quality basketball training experiences. To ensure fairness, professionalism, and smooth operations, this policy applies to all bookings for our 1-on-1 sessions, group programs, camps, and events.

By booking with us, you agree to the following cancellation, refund, and participation terms.

1. 1-on-1 Training Sessions

Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions must be booked in advance and are only confirmed once payment is received.
  • New clients are required to pay a $50 deposit, applied to the final session payment.
  • Standard rate: $80 per session (minimum 3 sessions). One-off: $110.

Cancellation Fee Structure

  • 0–8 hours before start time → 100% of fee forfeited if session cannot be re-filled.
  • 8–24 hours before start time → deposit forfeited if session cannot be re-filled.
  • More than 24 hours before start time → No fee charged, session re-scheduled.

If Hoopwith’em can re-fill the cancelled session, we may reduce or waive the fee.

Stopping Ongoing Sessions

  • 1 week’s notice required to stop weekly sessions.
  • Unused prepaid sessions refunded in line with the terms above.

Cancellations by Hoopwith’em

If we must cancel (e.g., venue issue, coach unavailability), you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A reschedule at no extra cost.
    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

2. Camps & Group Sessions

Bookings & Payments

  • Must be prepaid to confirm booking.
  • Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations by Clients

  • More than 3 days before start date → Full refund or full credit (valid 6 months).
  • Within 3 days of start date → No refund; full credit only (valid 6 months).
  • No-shows → No refund or credit.

Cancellations by Hoopwith’em

If we cancel due to low registration, weather disruptions, or venue issues, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • A credit toward a future session or event.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

3. Credit Option

Special cases (injury, family emergency) may be eligible for a credit at our discretion.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations, refund requests, or schedule changes must be submitted via:

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
