The Cancellation Policy below comes into effect for any Hoopwith’em Training Session that is cancelled.

Hoopwith’em reserves the right to postpone any scheduled Training Sessions according to gym availability, weather and scheduling requirements. Hoopwith’em will provide as much notice as possible to all players should any sessions require postponement. Should the scheduled session be postponed by Hoopwith’em, the session will be automatically rescheduled to the end of your confirmed bookings at no charge to you, or we will provide you with a refund for that session if you prefer. 

If you are unable to attend your scheduled Training Session with Hoopwith’em, this session will be forfeited. There are no refunds or transfers available for the pre-paid Training Sessions. Purchased sessions are valid for the specific school term period of purchase and cannot be transferred to other school term sessions or programs.

Hoopwith’em reserves the right to alter or change this Cancellation Policy according to business requirements. An up-to-date copy of this Cancellation Policy can be found on the Hoopwith’em website.

I have voluntarily chosen to participle in the program and am aware that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of basketball training and competition. These risks include, but are not limited to: falls which can result in serious injury or death, injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, or other people around me, injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment. I am aware that any of these above mentioned risks may result in serious injury or death to me.

I am aware of the respiratory illness COVID-19 and acknowledge that by attending any program conducted by Hoopwith’em there is a risk of contracting COVID-19 and I understand this risk and I assume all risks and responsibilities surrounding myself or my child's participation in the program. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself or my child to and accept full responsibility for any illness, injury or death that may result from participation in or attendance at Hoopwith’em programs. I confirm that I have no physical impairments or illnesses that will endanger myself or others.

I agree to WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may have in the future against Hoopwith’em, and its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and independent contractors (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as “HWE”). I agree to RELEASE HWE from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer, or that my next of kin may suffer as a result of my participation in the Training Sessions or Competition, due to any cause whatsoever including negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care. I agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY HWE from any and all liability for any damage to the property of, or personal injury to, any third party, resulting from my participation in the Training Sessions or Competition.

I understand that should I become ill or suffer an injury I am to stop the activity and inform a coach. I give Hoopwith’em and its staff and volunteers permission to seek emergency medical and/or ambulance services for me should I become injured or ill with the understanding that I am responsible for any expenses incurred.

I agree to allow Hoopwith’em, its officers, employees and volunteers to use picture(s), film and/or likenesses of me for use on its website and other promotional and educational materials without compensation to me. By registering on our site, you agree that we may send you emails related to our programs and upcoming events. We will not provide your details to any other company.
